4 potatoes, sliced
1 lb lean hamburger
1/2 chopped onions
1 clove garlic, chopped
1-10oz can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c milk
6 or 8 sliced mushrooms
1-10oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Grease 9x13 pan. Brown hamburger and onion. Drain off any fat. Place sliced potatoes evenly over bottom of pan. Mix cheese soup with milk and add to hamburger. Spread this mixture evenly over potatoes. Mix sauce, oregano and sugar together. Pour over hamburger and bake at 375º for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over and bake 15 minutes more.
