2 eggs 2 cups pumpkin three force cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon cloves one 2/3 cup evaporated milk

Heat oven to 425° repair pastry beat eggs so I sleep with beater beat in remaining ingredients pour into pastry line pie pan to prevent spillage place pie pan or open door when filling with pumpkin mixture

Bake 15 minutes reduce heat to 350° 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean
