Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups sugar
1 cup milk or canned evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup butter
25 large marshmallows
13 oz. milk chocolate chips
13 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, mix the sugar, milk, vanilla and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When it reaches a boil, keep stirring for two minutes. Turn down the heat and quickly add the marshmallows; stir until melted. Note: I cut my marshmallows in half so they melt faster. Turn off the heat and add all the chocolates; stir until melted. Add nuts, then mix and pour into a greased or parchment-lined 9x13-inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator. When hard enough, cut into pieces.

Personal Notes:
This recipe was given to me by my friend Diane. She always made it for our bake sales and my kids loved it. If you have never made fudge before, try it. It is simple, foolproof and so chocolicious!
