2 cups flour

4 tablespoons +2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
half a cup of butter softened and cut into pieces

Combined the dry ingredients ahead of time and mix in the milk butter and eggs at the last minute the flower is measured by dipping the cup into the flour and scraping off the excess with a straight edge of a spatula preheat oven to 425 combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend 20 seconds beat on high one minute per the batter into two greased nine by nine bake 20 minutes until golden brown cut into serving pieces and serve in a napkin mind basket
