1 lb. sausage or bacon
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
3 cups milk
medium onion, chopped

Brown sausage or bacon, drain off fat and crumble. Beat eggs well and combine all ingredients. Place in ungreased 9x13 pan & refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge one hour before baking and bake at 350º for 1 hour. MMM....Good!

I made this recipe when Jeff was living with us in Hazen & his mom & dad & my mom came to visit us! It was nice because I could make it a head of time & when I got up in the morning just throw it in the oven. That way when my Aunt & Uncle were there I could visit with them instead of making the meal. I also served some fresh fruit along with the egg bake. They ate it all gone, so it was a winner! What a special visit that was that they drove all the way from Wisconsin to come & see us! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
