Crust:
1 box yellow pudding plus cake mix
1 egg
1/3 cup melted margarine or butter
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
Topping:
2 cups peanut butter chips
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup Karo syrup
2 cups salted peanuts (NOT Spanish peanuts)
2 cups rice krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, melted butter, egg and pat on bottom of jelly roll pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350º. Spread one pkg. of miniature marshmallows on top of crust and return to oven for 5 minutes or until melted.
Melt together, peanut butter chips, 1/4 cup margarine, vanilla, white karo syrup.
Remove from heat & add:
salted peanuts, rice krispies
Spread over marshmallows and cool!
These freeze really well.

These are wonderful! Taste just like the salted nut roll candy bar!
