2 lb. hamburger
1/4 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. liquid smoke
3 Tbsp. Morton's tender quick salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Place on a piece of foil, shiny side up and shape into a loaf about 2 inches round. Then wrap the roll & refrigerate for 24 hours. Pole holes in the bottom with toothpick or sharp meat fork. Place on a rack in the broiler pan over 1/2 inch of water. Bake at 325º for 1½ hours.

This recipe is from my Mom & Dad (Roy & Shirley Flieth), they gave it to me years ago! This is one of the recipes that are hidden in my cupboard & I just found it now, so glad I ran across it again! Thanks Mom & Dad for your love!
