Ingredients:  
1) Make one recipe of rice crispie bars & put in 9x13 pan. Cover with mini marshmallows (1 bag).
2) Melt one bag of vanilla carmels with one stick of margarine and 1 can Eagle Brand Milk. Pour over the marshmallows.
3) Make another recipe of rice crispie bars & put on top of the carmel mixture. Let set and cut in small pieces.

These are pretty sweet, I sometimes just omit the marshmallows so as to make it it so sweet.

This recipe is from a friend back in high school back in the "70's", it was lost in my recipes & I just now found it again!
