First Mixture:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup shortening
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Second Mixture:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Third Mixture:
2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
2 cups Quick Quaker Oats
1 cup shredded coconut

Directions:

In a large bowl, blend the first mixture. Add the second mixture; beat well. Stir in the third mixture. When everything is mixed together, form the dough into 1-inch balls and place onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake in a preheated 350º oven until golden brown.
