Ingredients:  
One 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
One 16 oz can pumpkin
One 14 oz can of Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2) In a large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell and mix well
3) pour into pastry shell
4) bake 15 minutes
5) Reduce oven tempature to 350 degress
6) Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean
7) Cool
8) Garnish as desired
9) Refrigerate Leftovers
Note: I usually use crust cover for last 30-40 minutes.
