Ingredients:  
1-2 heads romaine lettuce
1 jar pimiento stuffed green olives, sliced
6-8 slices provolone cheese (cut into strips)
6-8 slices prosciutto (cut into strips)
1 package cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 bunch green onions (sliced)

Dressing:
1 tablespoon dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
4-6 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add all salad ingredients to large bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients. Toss into salad before serving
