For ham loaf:
1 lb ground fresh pork
1 lb ground uncooked ham
2/3 c dry bread crumbs
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c milk
1 egg
Dash of pepper

For glaze:
1/2 c brown sugar
1 t dry mustard
2 T vinegar
2 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham loaf ingredients and mold into loaf. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over loaf, baking 30 more minutes, basting 2 or 3 times.
