Salad:
1 pkg spinach
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 cans mandarin oranges

Dressing:
1/4 - 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c. olive oil

Directions:

Salad:
1. Wash & dry spinach

Dressing:
1. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil & poppy seed to make dressing
2. Toast almonds & sesame seeds in frying pan
3. Mix spinach, almonds, sesame seeds & oranges
4. Mix in desired amount of dressing
