Ingredients:  
1-8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. drained crushed pineapple
pineapple juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
small jar pimientos, chopped
1 small lemon jello
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream cheese, add pineapple, pimiento & celery
2. Heat pineapple juice until it bubbles. Take off foam
3. Add jello to pineapple juice & cool slightly
4. Add pineapple juice mixture to other ingredients
5. Whip cream & fold into salad
6. Pour into jello mould, & refrigerate
