1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 c. broccoli & cauliflower
1 tsp. sesame cooking oil
2 tsp. oil
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
2. Heat a wok or large frying pan on medium heat
3. Put oil in pan & swirl to coat
4. Add broccoli & cauliflower. Stir until lightly cooked
5. Add chicken & stir until cooked
6. Cover pan & simmer until vegetables are cooked
7. Stir in teriyaki sauce & sesame oil
