Crust:
1 1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
1 tbsp. corn syrup
2 tbsp. melted butter

Pie Filling:
16 caramels
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 litres of vanilla ice cream

1. Mix ingredients & press bottom & sides into a 9" pie shell
2. Chill

Pie Filling:
1. Melt caramels in a saucepan with milk
2. Cook over low heat until sauce is smooth
3. Cool
4. Alternately spoon ice cream & filling into pie shell
5. Wrap & freeze
6. Remove from freezer 30 minutes prior to serving
