1/2 lb. bittersweet chocolate
1 square unsweetened chocolate
4 large eggs separated
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp milk
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg whites and cream of tartar, set aside in fridge.
Whip cream and vanilla, set aside in fridge
Melt chocolate bars together, stir with whisk till smooth, remove from heat.
Beat egg yoke, sugar and milk together - add to melted chocolate mixture.
Whisk in meringue a little at a time.
Whisk in whipped cream a little at a time.
Refrigerate wrapped over night.
