5 1/2 teaspoon yeast
2 cups plus 4 tablespoons warm water
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons salt
6 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425

In stand mixer bowl, combine yeast and water and let stand for 5 minutes.

Add melted butter, sugar and salt and mix.

Add flour 1 cup at a time. ( Use dough hook).
Allow to knead in mixer for 5 minutes after you have added all the flour.

Turn out onto floured surface. Divide into 6 equal portions and form into round ball and place on greased cookie sheet.
Allow to rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.

Bake for 20-25 minutes

Cut tops off and take out some of the bread and fill with soup!
