2 lb. bag frozen hashbrown potatoes (thawed)
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10½ oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 carton (12 oz.) sour cream
2 cups cheddar grated cheese

TOPPING:
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the thawed potatoes, melted butter, salt & pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour mixture into 9x13 buttered heat proof dish. Top with corn flakes, drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with paprika for added color. Bake 350º for 1 hour.

I got this recipe from my Aunt Phyllis Farrell. We were heading to Wisconsin & stayed at our Uncle Jack & Aunt Phyllis's house, it was later in the evening, & she was kind enough to have this lovely meal all ready for us when arrived!
