24 Crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cup pumpkin (1 can)
3 egg yolks,
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. cinnamon
1 envelope Knox Plain gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
3 beaten egg whites
1/4 cup sugar

Layer 1: 24 Crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup margarine
Layer 2: 2 beaten eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 8 oz. cream cheese (mixed together)
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
On stove top: Layer 3: 2 cup pumpkin (1 can), 3 egg yolks, 1/'2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 T. cinnamon (cook until thick), add 1 envelope Knox Plain gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. (Cook 5 more minutes), fold in 3 beaten egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar.
Pour over cooled crust. Let firm in refrigerator. Top with cool whip. Cut into squares.
Use 9x13 pan

This is another lost recipe that I haven't made in years, but, is so good, I wanted to bring it back! I used to make this when the girls were little! Or bring to gatherings!
