sirloin steak
boiling water
2 packages of dry gravy mix (Knorr)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown steak
2. Add gravy mix in shallow baking dish & mix with water
3. Add browned steak to baking dish
4. Add water to just cover the steak
5. Cover pan with tin foil
6. Bake @ 325F for 2 hours
7. If gravy is too thin, add some corn starch to thicken
