Ingredients:  
Crust top;
1/2 C brown sugar firmly packed
1/4 C butter
1/2 C sifted flour
1/4 t cinnamon
Filling;
4 C pared and quartered tart apples in 1/4" slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Blend first 4 ingredients with fork until butter is the size of peas and set aside
Arrange apples in greased 9" pie plate.
Sprinkle crumbly crust over apples but not to the rim of the plate
Bake at 375º for 30-35 minutes until apples are done
