Personal Notes:
This is Mark's mom (Erna) recipe, and she used to make these quite often sometimes for breakfast & other meals. I asked Mom to write down this recipe for me when I stayed at their home & helped take care of her when she had surgery for a tumor that they found. So she wrote me out this recipe & on the back of the recipe she wrote on there, : Thank you so much for all you did for me while you were here at our home, when I had my surgery for a tumor. You are a special daughter and we love you dearly. Love Dad & Mom). She had her surgery in 1-2001. This was so sweet when I ran across this message! I will treasure that forever. Mark's mom passed away in 2012 & us kids enjoyed looking thru the many recipes that she had made in love!
