1 1/2 packs of lemon Jello
5 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. boiling water
1/2 c.+ 1 tbsp. ice water
1 1/3 c. crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 c. cheddar cheese
3/4 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water in sauce pan, bring to a boil until dissolved.
Add ice water, put in refrigerator until it starts to gel.
Add pineapples, cheese, and pecans.
Mix well
Add Cool Whip mix and refrigerate
