1 lb Italian sausage sliced
1 Onion chopped
2 Cloves garlic minced
1 tsp Olive oil
2 Cans (14.5 oz) fat free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 Soup can of water
1 can (15 oz) Cannelloni beans rinsed
1 can (14,5 oz) Stewed tomatoes undrained
1 c Rotini pasta uncooked
1 1/2 c Baby spinach leaves
1/2 c Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Saltine Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, onions, and garlic for 10 minutes stirring frequently in a large sauce pan.
Add the next four ingredients. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta; cook 8 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat
Stir in spinach; cover, let stand for 5 minutes. Top with cheese and serve with crackers.
