Ingredients:  
1-8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. grated medium cheddar
4 oz. grated old cheddar
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 can sliced mushroom
Directions:
Directions:
1. Finely chop mushrooms
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Form into a ball & roll in parsley or chopped walnuts
4. This may be kept in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and can also be frozen
