Ingredients:  
6 oz. medium curly egg noodles
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded swiss or cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
2 cans of tuna drained
3 tbsp. chopped black or green olives
3 tbsp. minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles & drain
2. Mix bread crumbs & 2 tbsp. melted butter & set aside
3. Melt remaining butter in pan, stir in flour to make a paste
4. Add in milk, stir with whisk, bring to a boil
5. Reduce heat, simmer until thick & smooth
6. Stir in cheese, salt & pepper, remove from heat
7. Stir in tuna, add noodles, cheese sauce, olives, parsley
8. Toss to mix & coat
9. Spread in a greased casserole dish
10. Bake @ 350F for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly
