Ingredients:  
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed ( boil, drain, and peel)
1/2 stick butter, melted
pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
sprinkle of fresh nutmeg
Mix together and pour in baking dish

Topping
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/3 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
sprinkle of fresh nutmeg
Mix together as sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes
