1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb pork sausage
3/4 c bread crumbs
1/2 c cold water
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 t Accent
1/4 t pepper
1-1/2 t salt
1/4 t nutmeg
2 T shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except shortening. Shape in to balls the size of large marbles. Heat fat in heavy skillet. Brown balls on all sides and remove.

Prepare following sauce:
3 T drippings
3 T flour
2-1/2 c water
1 pkg dehydrated onion soup
1/2 c undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t Accent
1/2 t salt

Blend fat and flour in skillet. Add water and cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens, add remaining ingredients. Return meatballs to sauce, cover and simmer gently 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
