2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 cup sour cream
2 (14.5 oz.) cans French style green beans, drained

Topping
1/2 cup crumbled Ritz crackers
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Melt butter, stir in onion and sauté add flour, cook for one minute.
Stir in salt, sugar, onion and sour cream. Add green beans and stir to coat. Add cheese mix well.
Put in casserole dish.
Topping.....
Toss cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole
Bake 30 minutes
