Chicken Taco Chilli Recipe

1 chopped onion
2 tbls butter
2 tsp oregano
1 can rotelle tomatoes
1 can corn
1/2 ranch dry packet
1 taco seasoning packet
1 can green chilies
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
4 cup chicken cut up or shredded
1 lg can chicken broth
4 16oz can Pinto beans
1 cup Monterrey jack cheese
8oz sour cream

Cook on stove top

Saute onions and chilies in butter.
Add seasonings, canned items and chicken/ broth simmer for 30 mins
add cheese, sour cream and simmer till melted
