2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
4 cup unsifted white flour

Directions:
Directions:
350º 10-12 mins

Stir ingredients in order given.
refrigerate dough at least 12 hours - may be kept for many days in fridge
roll dough into your fav shape in flour on the counter
knead and pinch off in balls and place in cookie sheet
let rise for 2 hours

To speed up rising process - turn oven on till gets warm then place rolls in there to rise

Dough is good for coffee cake/cinnamon rolls etc
