2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups mashed overripe bananas
4 beaten eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Take flour, baking soda and salt and sift into large bowl. In different bowl, take the margarine and sugar and mix until smooth. Then take the eggs, bananas and walnuts and mix those in until it is well blended. Take wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until blended even more. Divide batter evenly between two greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake for 60-70 minutes at 350. Let loaves cool in pans for at least 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
