Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 pounds Boston Butt (ground)
salt
pepper
celery salt
3 large onions

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer at least 2 hours over very low heat.

The more fat, the easier to spread.

Spread on toast, crackers or sandwiches.

If using it in stuffing, add it to bread and leave all fat in. Could stuff an 18 pound turkey.
Could also be made into a meat pie.

Personal Notes:
Memere made this and I fell in love with it right away. Made it at work one day and we all opted to put it on toast. I plugged in the toaster and loaded it with slices of bread and within seconds the power went out. I never fessed up that I did it and our department (and 4 others) couldn't work for almost 5 hours because electricians were trying to find the "cause" before turning electricity back on and risking a fire! Bad, bad, Marsha. Henceforth, every once in a while someone would pass me in the hall and say, "I hear it's better on toast"! Guess the word got out I was the culprit!
