4 Cube steaks
2 c Flour
2 Sleeves of saltine crackers (crushed)
Salt
Pepper
2 c Milk
1 Egg
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg and milk in one bowl
Put cracker crumbs in one bowl
Put flour in a 3rd bowl
Pre-heat vegetable oil in frying pan on med-high
Salt and pepper both sides of the steak (I will add garlic salt sometimes)
Dip steak in the flour bowl and cover both sides
Next, dip steak in the milk/egg mixture
Finally, dip steak in the cracker crumbs bowl
Fry on both sides until it is done
