2 tbsp. butter salt

2 cups frozen potatoes ground pepper

1 med onion, chopped 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 lb kielbasa cut into
1/2 pieces
Directions:
Directions:
in 10 - inch skillet melt butter
until sizzling add potatoes
and onions.

Cook over med - high heat

Stirring occasionally,
until sausage is heated through
(6 - 8 minutes)

Stir in cheese and serve
