1# hamburger
1 large chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
preheat 400º spray 9" glass pie plate

in large skillet, cook beef and onions, spread in pie plate, sprinkle with cheese

in small bowl, stir in remaining ingredients with fork until blended, pour into pie plate

bake 25 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean
