5 lbs potatoes
Mayonnaise (to taste) should have at least a half a large jar
Salt and pepper
Dill Pickle spears and the juice have at least 1/2 a jar
6-8 Eggs
Mustard

Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes
Boil potatoes and eggs, the potatoes should be soft enough to cut with a fork using minimal effort, you do not want the potatoes too mushy.
Drain the potatoes and peel and slice the eggs
Mince or dice one dill pickle spear
Add them to an extra large mixing bowl.
Add 3-4 heaping spoons of mayonnaise (to taste)
Add 1/3 - 1/2 jar of pickle juice (to taste)
Add about 2 tbsp of mustard (to taste)
Add salt and pepper to taste
Mix it all together and taste. Add any desired ingredients as necessary. YUM!
