1 ½ lb. Ground beef
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
1/3 cup minced onion
1 egg
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ginger
¼ cup milk

Sauce
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
½ cup brown sugar
1 large can pineapple chunks (drained, reserve syrup)
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients well and shape into balls. Melt 1 tablespoon shortening in skillet and cook meat balls. Remove and drain off fat.

To make sauce mix cornstarch and sugar and stir in reserved pineapple syrup, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth. Cook until thick and add meatballs and pineapple. Heat thoroughly. Makes approximately 36 meat balls.
