1 eight inch Pie Crust
1/3 cup Butter
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 cup Broken Pecans
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in corn syrup, pecans, vanilla and salt. Fill the pie shell. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes and then lower temperature to 375º for approximately 30 minutes or until only the middle of the pie wiggles when shaken slightly. Cover edge of pie crust with crust protector to prevent over browning.
