1 head shredded Iceberg Lettuce
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
1 cup Green Pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 pkg, Frozen Peas, unthawed
1 cup Ranch Dressing
2 Tbls. Sugar
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese
8 slices Cooked Bacon

Layer in glass bowl:
Lettuce, celery, green pepper, onion and frozen peas. Top with Ranch dressing. Sprinkle with sugar. Top with cheddar cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
