1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10¾ oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
mushrooms
1 cup dairy sour cream or unflavored yogurt
2-3 cups hot cooked noodles or rice

Cook and stir hamburger and onion in margarine in 10" skillet until hamburger is light brown. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushroom's. Cook, stirring constantly 5 minutes. Stir in soup, heat to boiling, stirring constantly, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat thru, but don't let the sour cream boil, because it will curdle. Serve with hot noodles or rice.
