2 cups cooked and mashed yellow squash
1 jar chopped pimentos
1 medium onion chopped
3/4 cup grated carrots
1 can cream of celery soup
1 8 ounce package herb seasoned stuffing
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 8 ounce carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup stuffing for topping. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
