1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 - 4 oz cream cheese with chives, softened
1 jar old English cheese
Garlic salt and onion salt to taste
Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses and salts by mixer - beat well. Chill to harden. Roll chilled cheese mixture in pecans. (Put some nuts on Saran Wrap. Then put cheese mixture on top of nuts. Sprinkle more nuts on top and sides of cheese. Use Saran Wrap to fold around cheese and form into a ball. Chill until serving. Serve with assorted crackers.

I usually just put this in a glass bowl and serve it that way instead of trying to add the nuts to the outside. My friend Linda Bugher gave me this recipe years ago.
