SALAD:
16 oz vermicelli
1 Tbsp oil (put in water)
3 Tbsp lime or lemon juice, 4 Tbsp oil,1 Tbsp accent
DRESSING;
1/3 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 c celery, chopped
2 c Hellman's mayonnaise
2 tsp Beau Monde seasoning
1 small bottle Catalina salad dressing (or French)
1 green pepper, chopped
2-3 bunches green onions, chopped with tops
1 large jar pimento, drained and chopped
Optional: 1 large jar black olives, drained and chopped

Directions:
Boil vermicelli in water with oil. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain and marinate with accent, lime juice, and 4 Tbsp oil overnight in refrigerator. Next day, add other remaining dressing ingredients and mix. Pour dressing over salad mixture & refrigerate. This salad is best if left to marinate overnight. (Note: start preparing 2 days in advance.)
