½ cup oil
½ cup butter
1- 1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup sour cream
2 ½ cup shredded zucchini
½ cup chocolate chips
2 ½ cup flour
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oil, butter & sugar. Add eggs, vanilla & sour cream. Then add
zucchini & chocolate chips. Mix together dry ingreds. in a separate bowl
then mix together with the egg mixture. Put batter into prepared muffin tins.
Bake at 350 F for 30 mins.
