3 cups Pecan Halves
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Tbls. Orange Juice
1 Egg White

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until foamy. Add remaining ingredients and beat. Dip pecans a few at a time. Place pecans on a Teflon lined pan with each side up. Bake at 250º for 1 hour. Turn each 15 minutes. When cooled, nuts should be completely dry. Store in airtight container.
