4 Eggs
1 cup Oil
1 2/3 cups Sugar
1 (16 oz.) can Pumpkin
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 cups Flour

Drizzle:
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Sugar

Frosting:
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, softened
3 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin. Sift flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13 pan for 25 - 30 minutes. Frost with either orange juice mixture or cream cheese icing when completely cool.

Combine orange juice and white sugar. Let sit for 1 hour. Poke holes in cake and drizzle.

Beat all ingredients until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
