1 can Pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) Evaporated Milk
1 1/4 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Nutmeg
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Clove
1/2 tsp. Salt

Topping:
1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix (no pudding)
1 cup chopped Pecans
2 sticks Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients with electric mixer. Butter 9 x 13" pan and pour in pumpkin mixture. For topping, sprinkle cake mix straight from package. Top with nuts. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350º for 60 minutes. Cool overnight. Cut into squares. Top with whipped cream or cool whip.
