1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Water
1 3/4 cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup cooked mashed Sweet Potatoes or Yams
1/2 cup chopped Pecans or Walnuts
1/2 cup Raisins

Directions:
Combine sugar, oil, eggs and water with mixer. Add next 5 ingredients. Stir in mashed sweet potatoes or yams, nuts and raisins. Bake 350º in tube pan.
